Shipment confirmation and order tracking

The Box Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Currently, we are only operating in our home country, India and do NOT ship other countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer returns in (some conditions) . Contact our support to start the return process, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return. It might take up to 2 weeks to process your returns and customers can expect to see a full refund after this period.
